2 months most recent bank/asset statements, ALL PAGES
2 years most filed recent tax returns/ALL PAGES with k-1’s. PLEASE SIGN THE 2ND PAGE BEFORE YOU SEND TO US.
2 years business tax returns/ALL PAGES if you own 25% or more of a business.
YTD Profit and loss/balance sheet for business for 2015 if you own 25% or more.
Documentation for any other income such as retirement, social security, trust income
Copy of Driver’s license and Social Security Card or Passport
Copy of entire RECORDED Divorce Decree if you pay Child support/alimony or receive child support or alimony.
VA Loans will require Certificate of Eligibilty and DD214
Just a note…because of the things you’ve been reading about the mortgage market, underwriting over all is rather inflexible. It is imperative that you disclose all info. Lack of disclosure will result in unpleasant surprises later. New Federal regulations require us to do a full records search for anywhere you’ve ever lived. Please note this is market conditions and not you, but we will have to comply to meet federal standards. We will do our best not to make this difficult for you.
